The Dillon is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per pet per month. There is also a refundable $500 deposit per pet. We have a 50lb weight limit for dogs. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
